Today is focused around… well, YOU.
It is Friday, YAY for another work week in the books. Time to celebrate, be happy, and know that you are awesome and doing an amazing job in this life.
Im sure we had a full week of stress, hardships, and problems but you made it through and on top. That is you kicking some major booty there. We need to take a moment and recognize that you are an awesome, hard working, amazing person. Weather if you know it or not, it is true. Take a moment and think back to all you have accomplished this week, including work. No, do not start think about work things that need to be done, take a moment and look at all you have accomplished this week at work. Along with all you have done at home. All you have done towards your goal. You rock and are kicking some serious tail.
Researchers have done a study recently that show we have 60,000-70,000 thoughts every single day. The more thoughts we have being, positive or negative, can dictate how we feel for that day. Think about that for a second, the last time you had a really good day. You had positive thinking most of the day, didn’t you? Think about your worse day, your thoughts were focused on all things bad. Try to stay positive and I’m not saying this an easy task to accomplish especially on those bad days. Changing our mindset can be one of the hardest things we do. But it can be done and does change lives. Tell yourself everyday at least once, if not multiple times “I am awesome, I am amazing, I am positive”. Yes even just telling yourself, “I am positive” can change our mindset. Give it a shot, what do you have to lose?
We are proud of you and want to know what you managed to accomplish this week. Whether it is a completed task, making some serious progress, or any progress on anything that’s important to you. We want to be here to celebrate with you, your awesome achievements along the way.
